SHIPPING POLICY

We ship nationwide across the United States. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods
Standard items ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on package size and destination. Large or heavy industrial equipment (scrubbers, generators, and similar machinery) ships via freight carrier and may require a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service at delivery — we will contact you directly to coordinate these details before shipment.

Delivery Times
Standard shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Freight shipments for large equipment may take 7-14 business days depending on carrier availability and destination. These are estimates, not guarantees, and are not controlled by Reymisa Group LLC once the package leaves our facility.

Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Reymisa Group LLC is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your package upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Backorders and Split Shipments
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock date and the option to wait, substitute, or cancel that item for a refund. Orders with multiple items may be split into separate shipments at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
